  • 600 g straight-to-wok udon noodles
  • 1 broccoli head, cut into small florets
  • 2 carrots, sliced thin
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
